The question that needs asking is "why would I need to maintain exact mash temperature?" The answer is based on a number of assumptions by most brewers, but ultimately, the answer is based on detectability by those consuming the beer.

Review

The bag fits in the mash basket but get crunched up a bit resulting in too fast of a sparge and my efficiency went from 76% to 68%.

Brew bag

I have been using this bag for over a year and decided I needed a back up. They are build to last and have kept all of the debris from the grains out of my brewzilla. Easy Mode

Been brewing on different setups since 2016. Found the brew bag a few years ago and i just ordered my 3rd one in a new size. BIAB is great and the brewbag makes it even easier. Current setup only cost me about $50 in materials and I’m making beer just as good as thousand dollar setups I’ve run before. Can’t sing their praises enough, I’ll always have one in my brewery.
