Se liberan a la temperatura del macerado y se unen a las proteínas para formar una neblina. Junto con un pH superior a 6, los taninos en exceso se extraen y dan un sabor astringente; no se pueden producir por presión.
I have been using this bag for over a year and decided I needed a back up. They are build to last and have kept all of the debris from the grains out of my brewzilla. I would recommend these bags to everyone. The customer service is also superb, they solved a shipping problem by sending a replacement bag quickly.
Been brewing on different setups since 2016. Found the brew bag a few years ago and i just ordered my 3rd one in a new size. BIAB is great and the brewbag makes it even easier. Current setup only cost me about $50 in materials and I’m making beer just as good as thousand dollar setups I’ve run before. Can’t sing their praises enough, I’ll always have one in my brewery.
